GDPR Information Notice

concerning data processed in the Form of the "Letter from the future" application

The controller of the personal data provided in the Form is Kinga Czerlikowska, with an address at Beskidzka 36, 34-300 Żywiec, Poland. The Controller can be contacted at .

The data provided in the Form will be processed in order to conclude and perform the contract covering the generation and delivery of the personalized "Letter from the Future". The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you request an additional Consultation or the preparation of an Offer, the data will also be processed in order to carry out the actions you have indicated.

The content of your answers may be shared with the provider of the artificial-intelligence-based tool used to generate the Letter. The data may also be shared with hosting, email, IT, and cybersecurity service providers. Detailed information about the recipients of the data and any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area can be found in the Privacy Policy.

The data will be stored for the period necessary to generate and deliver the Letter, and then for 5 years in order to allow for handling technical issues and complaints. Data relating to a Consultation or an Offer will be stored for the time necessary to handle your request, and, to a reasonable extent, until any claims become time-barred.

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased, and its processing restricted, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object in the cases set out in the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Providing the data required in the Form is voluntary, but necessary to generate and deliver the Letter. Please do not include in your answers any information concerning health, beliefs, sexual orientation, national identification numbers, identity document data, login credentials, or confidential information about other people.
